What type of wax do you use?
We use 100% soy wax with a minuscule amount of highly refined food-grade paraffin wax to enhance the performance of our candles.
What type of wicks do you use?
We use wooden wicks which have an amazing crackling sound and are calming and appealing to set the right mood.
What kind of fragrance oils do you use?
We use a combination of natural and essential fragrance oils.
All of our blends are vegan, cruelty-free, and eco-friendly. Our fragrance oils are ethically sourced and are not derived from any endangered species of plants or trees.
What size are the candles?
We have the small jar of 7.5 ounces and our Grande of 13 ounces which provides a long, beautiful burn.
They make a perfect-sized centerpiece for your desk, bookshelf, side table, etc.
Can I apply more than one discount code at checkout?
Our store only accepts one discount code per order.
Do you offer bulk discounts for my wedding/event/corporate?
Yes, if you would like to order a minimum of 24 pieces. Please contact us for information.
What is the life span of your candles?
We recommend burning your candles within one year for best performance.
How long will my candle last?
Both our 7.5oz and 13oz can burn approximate of 45 hours or more.
Can the glass be recycled or reused?
ABSOLUTELY AND YES PLEASE! Each jar makes a great makeup brush holder, a little house for your crystals, or a pen cup. The possibilities are endless. We will LOVE to see how you display your Lilies in a creative way. Show us! Share with us a photo on our Instagram @welovelily_ .
How to clean our candle containers?
Heat water to boiling point and pour it into the container, the remaining wax will float, wait until it cools down and remove the wax and add some water and soap to rinse the container.
Can I include a gift receipt?
Yes — there’s no price information on the packing slip, so you won’t need to worry about your recipient seeing the price. You will be able to include a gift message during the checkout process that your recipient will see when it arrives.
